The 2022 MG ZS EV looks more modern than the previous model. It features new LED taillights and headlights taken from the ZST. New colors are available, and all models have new 17-inch wheels. The Interior of the ZS EV has been updated with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, which includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and satellite navigation.
The 2022 MG ZS EV is the first vehicle to feature MG’s iSmart software. Amazon’s AWS Cloud-based System backs up this software. Owners can perform over-the-air updates, remote door locking and air conditioning control, real-time GPS navigation, parking lot search ‘find my vehicle,’ and live weather updates.
The 2022 MG ZS EV has an electric motor that powers the front wheels. It produces 130kW and 280Nm, allowing a sprint of 8.2 seconds from 0 to 100km/h. The 50.33kWh battery pack mounted under the car provides power. The ZS EV can reach a range of 320km using the WLTP standard.
A 50kW charger can charge your phone from 0 to 80 percent in just 54 minutes. A 7kW charger, on the other hand, will set it fully in eight hours.
The 2022 MG ZS EV Excite ($44,990 drive-away) comes standard with 17-inch alloys, automatic LED lighting, and a 10.1″ touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and digital radio. It also includes satellite navigation, a digital display for the driver, a 4-speaker audio system, manual air conditioning, a push-button start, and a leather-wrapped wheel.
Six airbags are included in the safety equipment, as is auto emergency braking ( AEB), adaptive cruise control stop-and-go functionality, traffic jam assistance, tire monitoring, adaptive speed assistant, auto high beam, and a 360° parking camera.
The ZS EV Essence ($48,990 drive-away) has synthetic leather upholstery and roof rails. It also includes auto wipers.
The buyer can choose between five colors. ‘York White,’ ‘Pebble Black,’ ‘Sloane Silver,’ and “Diamond Red” are all free.
